Staples: Keep These things in your kitchen
We don’t create the same meal plans every week. In fact, in the first 18 months there hasn’t been a single week that has been a perfect copy of another week for our clients. However there are some individual meals and snacks that repeat and more importantly there are always ingredients that you can count on showing up frequently. Â
You will want to make sure you keep these ingredients in your kitchen and make sure when you have them that you ‘check-the-box’ and don’t add them to this weeks shopping list unless you are out or running low.
