How it works

We’ll start with a quick conversation. This is the first step in your journey to better health. We are looking for lasting changes and to do that – we need to see if we can work together.

The next step is simple: choose your plan. I offer a one-on-one 90-minute consultation for those who like to work stuff out on their own but need a quick start.

Still, most of us need more than 90 minutes to figure it out. For me, it took years of formal and expensive training to get to where I am. Our main program is what we call the Live100 – 100 days of nutrition consulting.
